Our degree program is duly accredited and recognized by the National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC). Program Duration: 2 Years
Timing: Morning (Monday-Friday)
Location: 6.7 Km Japan Road, Sihala, Islamabad.
Recognized By: Higher Education Commission, NCEAC
Entry Requirements : Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate/12 years schooling/A- Level (HSSC) or Equivalent with Mathematics are required for admission in Associate Degree Software Engineering.
*Equivalency certificate by IBCC will be required in case of education from some other country or system.
• The students who have not studied Mathematics at intermediate level have to pass deficiency courses of Mathematics (06 credits) in first two semesters.
• A minimum 2.0 CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) on a scale of 4.0 is required for award of AD Software engineering degree.
• The candidates with AD Software Engineering Degrees are eligible for admission in 5th Semester of BS Software Engineering. Such students shall complete the deficiency courses of General Education (if any) during 5th to 8th Semester.
• The candidates who acquired ADP Software Engineering Degrees prior to the admission criteria (as stated above) are also eligible for admission in 5th Semester of BS Computer sciences. Such students shall complete the deficiency courses of General Education (if any) during 5th to 8th Semester.
• Candidates having FSc. (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks are also eligible for admission but according to National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC) of HEC such students must pass deficiency courses of Mathematics of 6 credit hours within one year.

CAREER PROSPECTUS
This program is designed to prepare our students for a career as Software Engineers; System Analysts, Requirements Engineers, Software Architects, Quality Analysts, and Project managers. Software Engineers will help to develop software for telecommunications, financial systems, aeronautics, medical devices, transportation systems, banking and various government organizations.
PROGRAM MISSION
The mission of the Associate Degree in Software Engineering program is to provide students with a strong foundation in software development principles, programming methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. The program prepares students for entry-level roles in the software industry or further academic studies. Through a comprehensive curriculum, hands-on projects, and exposure to modern software tools and practices, the program aims to develop critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to continuous learning, enabling students to tackle real-world software challenges in a rapidly evolving technological environment.
